The People’s Museum for Prince

In June 2026, the People's Museum presented a commemorative edition marking ten years since the passing of Prince Rogers Nelson. It opened on June 7, Prince's birthday, in North Minneapolis, where he grew up, with three exhibitions over three weeks: Way Back Home: Prince and North Minneapolis at Roberts Gallery, Let's Work! A Labor of Love at the Capri Theater, and No One in the Universe at ColorWheel Gallery. 75 artists, writers, poets, filmmakers and collectors shared their work and stories with visitors from Minnesota and all across the world.
