When I first heard Prince on the radio, I thought to myself, this is a very unique musical artist and what is this unique sound of music on the radio? I was captivated and intrigued. Prince's music, and some of his lyrics were very different from what I've heard in the past. Not knowing at the time that he sang all the vocals and played all the instruments in studio by himself. A young, talented genius. After hearing his music, viewing his photographs, various articles, and the way he styled his clothing. I could not get enough of listening and hearing him talk on rare occasions. He was a bit shy at times when asked questions and later in years it seemed as though he would carefully listen to the questions being asked. He took his time to answer the question asked of him and responded in a true Prince fashion. I thank Prince, the Prince Estate, the Purple Community, and old and new fans for keeping Prince's legacy, vision, and music alive. I also thank Prince for introducing me to a genre of various types of music. He just wasn't confined to one musical category; he transcended through almost all of them. I also loved the way he dressed. How he would pair his wardrobe with his heeled shoes or boots to match. This sums up my tiny glimpse on how much I Adore and Appreciate Prince Rogers Nelson's contributions to this world. A true legend, globally, musically gifted and a lyrical genius.
