This Prince story details how I first got the news of his death, how I drew my reaction, how my friends and I danced to his music and how I visited the Prince shrine with a purple hat! I also visually mused on how purple the spring was blooming after his death.

Hello, I am a Documentary Drawer who draws beauty and visual stories from my life allowing Life to tell the Story. I have drawn life stories from many family moments and medical moments. Basically I just draw and record what happens. When Prince died I took up my pen and paper and recorded my feelings and events like visiting the First Avenue Shrine. My story is a lavender purple ZINE.

Anita's zine and select frames from it were presented at ColorWheel and Roberts galleries.
