The first image I recall seeing of Prince was as I was looking through my mothers Cd collection when I was about 10 years old. It was Purple Rain. I was impressed and confused by all the flowers and the way he was dressed. My mother explained. Little did I know that within just a few years I would find myself falling head first down the purple rabbit hole.
